POINT 200 Acryl Tack initial adhesion force is 200 kg/m2. The adhesive also has an extremely high adhesion force after curing, 55 kg/cm2. The adhesive joint can be painted. It does not contain solvents, so it’s not aggressive to any surfaces. All these properties allow easy, comfortable and secure gluing of finishing elements and construction elements made of polystyrene, OSB, wood, etc. to most surfaces such as: plaster, masonry, gypsum, metal. Suitable for gluing skirting boards, profiles, various panels, window sills, thresholds, PVC, glass, metal and stone. Can be used for indoor and outdoor work.
Surfaces must be dry, clean and free from grease. Cut the end of the cartridge and screw the nozzle supplied with it. Insert the cartridge into the caulking gun and fill the nozzle with glue by pressing the trigger on the gun several times. The adhesive is applied with strips or dots on the surface or the element to be glued. After applying the glue, join the surfaces by strong compression. Uncured adhesives can be cleaned with water, after hardening mechanically.
Limitations:
– Avoid contact with water until fully cured.
– At least one of the surfaces must be porous.
– Not suitable for use with PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, neoprene, soft plastics and bitumen.
– Not suitable for surfaces that are constantly exposed to water.
Store upright in a dry place at +5 ° C to +25 ° C. Expiry date – 18 months from date of manufacture, subject to storage regulations.
